* Site Surveys:

The Site Survey service is a unique service provided to small businesses. The Site Survey involves spending time at your business, with you and your employees to evaluate your technology usage, and provide recommendations on increasing efficiency and providing upgrade roadmaps to current and future technology. This is an excellent first step for a small business in helping to make upgarde and technology decisions. The Site Survey will pinpoint technologies that may help improve the way that you work. You may also discover that you already have the tools, but they are not being used to their fullest potential.

** Computer Tune-Ups

Run your computer at peak performance. The following services are performed in our Computer Tune-Ups:

• Full Virus Scan and Removal
• Complete SpyWare Scan and Removal
• Performance Enhancements. (Includes updating the Windows Registry, removal of leftover files from deleted programs, performance-related changes to system settings, and hard drive maintenance.)
• Install updates to software and device drivers.
• Provide Computer Analysis Report showing what, if any, changes or upgrades can be done to improve performance.

*** Security Checks

We test your PC or Server to determine if it meets Microsoft's security standards. A battery of security checks and tests are performed that address internal and external security issues.

* If we are called to fix your equipment and are unable to properly fix the problem, there is NO CHARGE for the service call!

* The charge for a SITE SURVEY is waived if we provide you with product or service sales based upon the results of the Site Survey.
